First up I'm sorry things haven't worked out for you in the past. I've also made my way through my fair share of "experts" who promised me the world but spent more time telling me I was the wrong shape for their cookie cutter than actually helping me get shit done.

The honest answer is I can't know this will be different but I do know I'm different.

If you're looking for a human robot you can give instructions to and the work will be delivered. I'm not that person.

If you're wedded to the advice you once got from a coach, or off a podcast and want someone to deliver results where nobody else could . I'm not that person.

If you want to honing in one one single aspect of your business with a subject matter specialist. I'm not that person.

If you want someone to micromanage, boss around, have turn up to every staff meeting, or be your personal life manager. I'm not that person.

I AM your person if you're ready to work in ways that make you shine, figure out what you do and don't excel at, discover opportunities that are being left on the table, get honest about what's draining you (financially, mentally, energetically), and most importantly work on what's going to get you closer to your big dream.

Short answer: probably not.

Longish answer: I'm old enough to have used a computer when you had to have a book of codes to get it to do anything. I'm confident if you can figure out how to you use your weird franken-hybrid solution I will also be able to.

Long answer: I can make my way around the following programs, platforms, and pieces of tech without a map and a compass: Powerpoint, Word, Excel, Meta, Canva, InDesign, Adobe, iMovie, Asana, WordPress, SquareSpace, Shopify, Mailchimp, Brevo, Active Campaign, YouTube, Vimeo, PracSuite, Cliniko, Leap, Xero, Trybooking, Eventbrite and probably a bunch of others. My platform of choice for doing all the things in one place is High Level. There's no requirement for you to subscribe but I'll also unashamedly tell you how brilliant it is at any opportunity.

I'm part of the overstimulated, emotionally maxed out, people pleasing sisterhood (10 years in recovery). I've heard "just follow the template and be consistent and the world will be your oyster" a million times (never worked for me no matter how much I tried). I've bent myself out of shape, worked when i was "supposed to", over delivered, under delivered, bought a million planners, downloaded the time management apps and all the way along the road I've slathered myself in shame-lotion because at every turn I managed to prove the you're-too-much-but-also-not-enough folk right.

Ten years ago I decided to stop being any kind of hot beverage. I'm more an Archangel cocktail kind of girl now - fun, elegant, and decidedly different according to Forbes Magazine.

I love working with other people who are also embracing their weird, their wild, and their unique self.

You totally could. And if money is your driver, you probably should. But also maybe you have already tried that and it hasn't worked out for you.

I'm going to go out on a limb and suggest keeping all the plates spinning by yourself isn't working because you've bought in people who need you to have all the answers.

Perhaps you've struggled to communicate what you need, maybe you find it hard to relinquish control, get bored with the details, or are simply feel shit scared that without the busy work you'll have no excuses and nothing to hide behind.

Work with you to create a system that works on dopamine, not deprivation.

Focus on generating loops of progress (not perfection).

Help you get the ideas out of your head and into the open where you can work on them.

Anchor myself to your energy, not the clock (mornings, afternoons, middle of the night energy bursts are my jam).

Support your nervous system, hold space, and provide structure.

Rescue you from the shame-based productivity culture that works for some, but probably not you.

AND I get the work done so you can spend more time delivering workshops, meeting clients, going to your kids sports, traveling the world or whatever it is brave and successful looks like for you.

Hmmm sometimes the lines are blurry.

Technically I'm a contractor (yay! no payroll, no super, no PAYG, no finding me a desk). But also I can be as much a part of your team as you like (I draw the line at being in the team photo but that's because I have one rouge squinty eye that shows up in pictures, not because I have any significant issue with being in team photos).

Most of my clients set me up with my own email address (support@yourbrandname is my usual go to) so I can keep track all my comings and goings in one (traceable) place.

I only work with a handful of clients at a time so I can be responsive, flexible, and useful when you need me (within reason!).

I work on a retainer basis for a set loosely determined number of hours per week or month. I'm more about delivering the goods than watching the clock, so some weeks you'll get more of me and other weeks you might get less but the amount you pay will be the same.

If you're ever dissatisfied with the quality of my work, or the the value you get from having me as part of your team, you can leave any time. I'd rather eat chocolate and watch Netflix than hold your feet to the fire and make you stay in a relationship you don't want to be in.

One off projects, brand audits, customer journey and strategy sessions are available - which also happen to be a good way to test the waters and build trust between us. If after a few dates, we like each other, we can make it official and move in together.
